By creating a Closignly account or using the marketplace, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. User responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Closignly. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the safety of your account credentials, and complying with all applicable laws.
2. Marketplace rules
All members must follow our Community Guidelines and Prohibited Items Policy. Closignly reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or forfeit credits for violations.
3. Payment terms
Buyers pay shipping and, where applicable, purchase credits or subscriptions through our third-party payment processors. All payments are non-refundable except as described in our Returns & Disputes policy.
4. Shipping
Sellers must ship items within the required timeframe using the prepaid Closignly label. Failure to ship on time may result in order cancellation, credit refunds to the buyer, and account penalties.
5. Premium
Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See the Premium Policy for full details.
6. ClosetBoost
ClosetBoost subscriptions renew automatically each month. See the ClosetBoost Policy for details on bonuses, loyalty rewards, and cancellation.
7. Closign Credits
Closign Credits are a marketplace token, not currency, and have no cash value except as expressly permitted under our Credit Policy. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
8. Account suspension and termination
Closignly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or otherwise abuse the platform. Pending credits may be forfeited in these cases.
9. Limitations of liability
Closignly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closignly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Dispute resolution and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Closignly is established. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of Closignly after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
