What are Closign Credits?
Closign Credits are the shared currency of the Closignly marketplace. Each credit lets you claim one listing from any other closet. You earn credits by shipping items you list, and you can also purchase credits or earn bonuses through ClosetBoost and referrals.
Why is every item worth 1 Closign Credit?
Flat pricing keeps the community fair. There's no haggling, no under-pricing pressure, and no confusing markdowns — just an even 1-for-1 trade between closets.
Who pays shipping?
Buyers pay a flat shipping fee at checkout. Sellers receive a prepaid Closignly shipping label so they never front postage.
How do I earn Closign Credits?
List a clothing item, ship it with the provided prepaid label after a buyer claims it, and 1 Closign Credit is released to your wallet once delivery is confirmed by tracking.
Can I buy Closign Credits?
Yes. Visit your Wallet to purchase one-time credit packs or subscribe to ClosetBoost for automatic monthly credits at a discount.
What is ClosetBoost Auto Reload?
ClosetBoost is a monthly subscription that automatically tops up your wallet with bonus Closign Credits every month. Members who stay subscribed for 3 consecutive months earn an additional loyalty reward.
What is Premium?
Premium Closet is our upgraded membership. Premium members get unlimited listings, a Premium badge, monthly bonus credits, and the ability to cash out earned credits.
Can Premium members cash out?
Yes. Premium members can withdraw eligible earned credits to PayPal, Venmo, or ACH from the Wallet. Purchased and referral bonus credits are not eligible for cash-out.
Do Closign Credits expire?
No. Closign Credits never expire, regardless of whether they were earned, purchased, or awarded as a bonus.
How do Founder Closets work?
The first 100 members to complete their closet setup receive a permanent 🏆 Founder Closet badge. The counter on the homepage updates in real time as spots are claimed.
How do bundles work?
Buyers can bundle multiple items from the same closet into one order. The bundle uses one Closign Credit per item and ships together with a single shipping charge.
How do I contact support?
Visit our Help Center or the Contact page to submit a ticket. You can also open a resolution case directly from any active order.
