Shipping Policy
Closignly uses prepaid shipping labels so sellers never front postage and buyers always get tracking.

Buyers pay shipping
A flat shipping fee is charged at checkout. This covers the prepaid label and tracked delivery for the order.
Prepaid Closignly shipping labels
Once a buyer claims an item, the seller receives a prepaid Closignly label to print. There's nothing to pay out of pocket — just pack, print, and drop off.
Ship within the required timeframe
Sellers must ship within 3 business days of receiving the label. Orders not shipped in time may be cancelled and credits refunded to the buyer.
Tracking
Every Closignly label includes tracking. Buyers and sellers can follow the shipment from label creation through delivery in the Orders page.
Bundles ship together
All items in a bundle from the same closet ship in a single package with one shipping charge and one tracking number.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, open a case in the Resolution Center within 3 days of the delivery event.
