Prohibited Items

Not allowed on Closignly

• Counterfeit products — replicas, knockoffs, or unauthorized reproductions of branded goods.
• Weapons — firearms, ammunition, knives, and related accessories.
• Illegal items — anything prohibited by federal, state, or local law.
• Recalled products — items subject to a manufacturer or government recall.
• Hazardous materials — flammables, corrosives, pressurized containers, or restricted chemicals.
• Adult content — pornographic clothing, explicit imagery, or sexually suggestive items.
• Stolen merchandise — any item you do not have the legal right to sell.
• Used cosmetics and intimate items — used makeup, worn undergarments, or unsealed skincare.
• Anything otherwise prohibited by law in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction.

Reporting a violation

If you find a listing that violates this policy, use the "Report Listing" button on the item page. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

Consequences

Listings that violate this policy are removed immediately. Members who repeatedly list prohibited items will be suspended or permanently removed from Closignly, and any pending credits may be forfeited.
