Community Guidelines
Closignly works because members treat each other with respect and list items honestly. These rules apply to every account.
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. Be respectful
Treat every closet the way you'd want yours treated. No insults, slurs, or hostile messages.
2. List authentically
Represent items accurately — photos should be your own, descriptions should match the item, and condition should be honest.
3. No counterfeit items
Replicas, knockoffs, and fakes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
4. No prohibited items
See our Prohibited Items Policy for the full list.
5. No harassment
Unwanted contact, threats, doxxing, or targeted negativity toward another member is not tolerated.
6. No spam
Do not flood listings, comments, or messages with promotional content, duplicate posts, or irrelevant links.
7. No off-platform payments
All transactions must happen through Closignly using Closign Credits. Never send or accept payment outside of the platform.
8. No sharing personal contact information
To keep members safe and protect our fee structure, do not share phone numbers, email addresses, or social handles in messages or listings. Our messaging system automatically filters this content.
Enforcement
Violations may result in listing removal, credit forfeiture, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from Closignly. Repeat or severe violations are grounds for immediate account termination.
